The City of Perth presents ‘Piazzarama Northbridge’ which is a series of free family activities on the Northbridge Piazza. In keeping with the month’s theme, April’s Piazzarama is centered around all things ‘innovation’.

Each Piazzarama Northbridge features face painting, balloon artistry, distribution of City of Perth branded balloons, roving characters, interactive activities and family films.

12pm to 2pm - Family Film - Robots (2005) - G

12pm to 4pm - Bouncy castle - Star Wars, Face Painting, Balloon Making & City of Perth branded balloons

1pm to 4pm -

Workshop: Children make robot frames and a photographer will provide instant photos - so children can put the photos into the frames they make

Scitech:

• MakerBot 3D printer – can print objects from a file using a special plastic
• LED cube & sphere – further examples of DIY electronics technology that use persistence of vision (POV) to create the illusion of pictures
• Kinect controller – connected to a PC rather than the usual Xbox 360 console
